edit category on post

    Is there a way to be able to change the category of the post in the edit screen linked from cf7_2_post-edit shortcode?

    no, not from the GUI screen, but you can hook the action that is fired after each submission mapping and programmatically change this. (see screenshot #8, you want to use the hook #16)
