• A customer placed an order recently which we received and they later advised one of the attributes they selected on adding the product to the basket was in fact wrong.

    From an admin login point of view, how do we edit an order to change the attribute?

    Hey there,

    You can edit any order by going to the order and editing the line item:

    You’ll need to change the order status to on hold to make the change, and then back to the correct status when you’re done.
