EDD Quickpay payment gateway – Missing ID

    I’ve installed the Easy Digital Downloads plugin (v. 2.4) with the EDD Quickpay gateway plugin version 2.0.
    Everything works fine until I try to pay.
    Quickpay returns the error message “Missing/Invalid QuickpayId”
    If I click “Downloads” in the left menu on the admin page and then “Quickpay”, I get the error message “You have to specify a campaign ID”.
    I’ve filled in the settings for the plugin with the values from my Quickpay account as follows:
    Quickpay Merchant ID with the Merchant ID
    Quickpay MD5 with the Private ID (is this correct=)
    Quickpay API key with the Api Key
    But I’ve found nowhere I could enter “QuickpayId” or “campaign ID”.
    Any workarounds?
