• Hello
We had an Elementor Pro Expert subscription for a while now, which we did not renew last month, since we are moving all new sites to gutenberg.
On the several licence pages, you clearly state that upon non-renewal of the subscription, everything keeps working, just no updates.
However, when going to one of our elementor built sites, that says in the backed the license is not renewed, we cannot get dynamic content options to show up on the builder. Tested it in a couple of sites and the same happens: dynamic sources are not enabled in the builder.
My question is, is this a bug or are you effectively crippling the plugin, thus not complying with your license statement?
Thanks in advance and best regards

    OK.

That’s not really a question for these forums. Had you removed the pro version, and you did not, and just used the free version from this site then you would not have this problem.

The plugin developer is very good about not supporting pro questions here and I am grateful for that. Your question is about the pro version and you will need to ask elsewhere not on this site.

For pro or commercial product support please contact the developer directly on their site. This includes any pre-sales topics as well.

As the developer is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums. I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.
