• Hi,

i am a Pro Gold customer from Germany and have two questions and maybe one please.

1.) SFTP/SSH password is not encrypted in the database. If I get hacked the hacker has access to all my backups (all 50 or 100 websites). The hacker would be able to access my NAS 🙁 I cannot create an account in my NAS for every website.

2.) Why can’t I encrypt a backup in this day and age? After all, all the data of a website is stored in a backup. If necessary, one would like to and must store the data on Dropbox or Onedrive, which is then with the DSVGO “data protection” in Europe a big problem.

It would be very nice if the support could say something here, or even better, to implement this, to build in.

    Best regards
    Marcus
