Duplicating Sections

    Hi,
    I need to get 20 sections survey done. I started with a blanc survey, created the first section. Then duplicated the first section and it did not duplicate the section correctly. When I try to fix the second second to add columns (using Matrix Scale) it will not aloud me to do so? I payed to get something that would work and this is is not happening. Should I have looked for something else?
