Duplicates File Path…

Hi there,

Thanks for this amazing cloning plugin, it seems to do everything just right, except at the moment for me, it duplicates the file path.

My WordPress Network is setup on http://herbalhub.co.uk/dev/ and the default site which I am trying to clone is http://herbalhub.co.uk/dev/simonbrown/

When I clone this site under the new site name of ‘rickybailey’, it duplicates the file path to the following:
http://herbalhub.co.uk/dev/rickybailey/dev/simonbrown/

Is there something you can suggest which will help me fix this?
