We are getting duplicate and triple conversions for a single purchase being reported across all adsets and pixels. We need to diagnose this to see what’s causing the issue. I have turned off our browser pixel. You asked to implement pixel your site – so that is on. I don’t know what else you have done on the server that could be causing this issue and I don’t know if it’s a Facebook issue – though facebook denies there is anything wrong on their end. I’m happy to have a call and share my screen to show you exactly what is coming across and try to diagnose or pinpoint the issue. Let me know.

Also for pixel id: 555018835015854 – we are getting the following message from Facebook:
Total ViewContent events received dropped by 99%
The total number of ViewContent events received has dropped significantly compared to the previous week. This may impact any campaigns utilizing this event.

I’m not sure if you changed anything or what happened – can you look into this?

We really need to get these issues resolved as soon as possible. Please provide an update.
    Thanks.

Sorry, but I don’t know how to help you.

All I can say is that you have a few pixels installed on your website, and most of them are installed twice, once with our plugin, once with something else. I think you need to start by cleaning all these duplicate pixels.
