Dropbox Upload fehlerhaft

    Hi Backupwp Support,

    ich habe möglicherweise ein ähnliches Problem wie in diesem Thread beschrieben.

    Ich habe bereits die Jobs in einzelne (DB, Plugins, Daten) gesplittet, jedoch läuft der Upload zu Dropbox nicht.

    WordPress, Theme und Plugins sind alle uptodate, jedoch passiert selbst bei kleineren Uploads nichts.
    Provider ist Strato
    PHP 7.2

    Hier ein Auszug aus dem Upload Protokoll des laufenden Auftrags. Ihr werdet jetzt möglicherweise direkt sagen, hey warte noch ein bisschen – aber hey, das hab ich mir gestern Abend auch schon gesagt und heute nochmal versucht. 🙁
    Irgendwie unbefriedigend.

    Kann es irgendwie sein, dass der Upload trotz der erfolgreichen Authentifizierung fehlerhaft ist?

    Hello @morange
    is the issue happens only with Dropbox or to every destination?
    Also, did you try to set Maximum Script Execution Time to 20 or 25 secs as
    documented here: https://backwpup.com/docs/job-restarts-due-to-inactivity-for-more-than-5-minutes/

    Hello,

    I only tested it with Dropbox as an external destination (I don’t use others).

    I tried the setting with a less heavy server load. This wasn’t successful.

    I also fixed the link to Dropbox and restored it. That wasn’t successful either.

    Yesterday, I tested a very comparable constellation into another Dropbox account (project b) from another project and DomainFactory as a provider. That worked directly.
    As a result, I deleted the authentication of the Dropbox account (project a) and authenticated it with the Dropbox account of Project b. Then I tested the upload of the various backup packages. That was successful within the expected and usual time.
    Due to the successful backup to the account of Project b, I then linked the project back to the Dropbox account of Project a and started it.

    That was successful, too.

    My conclusion is that there may be upload difficulties – unfortunately I can’t see the trigger – but I found a workaround. 😊

    I hope that these clues will help you develop further and help others quickly.
