Hi, this sounds like there is another light box script running on your site. It may be included by the theme or another plugin. If there is no option to disable that other light box, then best to uninstall Easy FancyBox (or disable it for Images only if you are using it for other media content)
Thanks. I checked now and don’t have any other plugin that use a lightbox script. Just upgraded to the latest WP version – not sure if that might be the reason why this is happening.
Is there any conflict between Easy Fancybox and Woocommerce?
Ah, OK Woocommerce. If you have a Woocommerce compatible theme, it most likely comes with a light box script of its own. If you can share a link I may be able to tell you more…

Indeed the theme comes with its own integrated light box (here: https://www.lottamarais.co.za/wp-content/themes/charm/assets/js/fancybox.js?ver=5.2.2) and if there is no theme or gallery block option to disable it then it’s best to uninstall Easy FancyBox.
