double scrollbars | iFrame? problem

Hi there,

I’m new in the wordpress world, so I don’t know much about css. I’m trying to change the theme but I notice a double scrollbar, and between them there’s a border. Look like the entire site is just one big iFrame

Does anyone know how to solve this?
