When trying to generate PDF Invoices on orders I am getting Fatal error: Class ‘DOMImplementation’ not found today

Hey @daethian,

Could you please ask your hosting providing if they can activate DOMImplementation, or try switching to PHP 8.0?

I recently tried upgrading my PHP and it broke my entire site. I’ll ask about the DOMImplementation.

No they won’t enable DOM. I tried to enable it in myphp but the box is already checked and I’m still getting errors.

Hi @daethian,

It is likely that they have a custom build of the DOMImplementation class or that it is not actually activated. Could you please try to contact your hosting provider and ask them to enable it?
