I did it but the issue still remain.
The issue is for every contact form on my site. This for example: https://onyxacademy.it/corsi/microblading/
Do you have any other suggestion to tackle the problem?

Do you fire any JS after the form submission? If you do, please disable “Fire JavaScript” action to check if the problem is with your script.

I tried to remove any script and keep only the redirect.
No luck, the redirect still doesn’t work.
Any other suggestion?

We are pretty sure it’s a plugin conflict or a theme issue.
Please try to turn off all plugins except Contact Form 7 and Redirection for Contact Form 7 AND switch the theme to Twenty Twenty-One so we can ourselves.
If you cannot do so in the live version of the site, you can setup a staging environment for us to check.

probably the issue is a plugin conflict (as the author said) and the plugin causing the issue in my case is CF7 Google sheet connector.
As I deactivated it the redirect started to work again.
But I need that plugin as well, so the question now is how to get all the plugin working together. I have to dig a bit more.
