Doesnt count headers if generated by shortcode

    Hi again! I think it would be great if the plugin would take the headers from the generated HTML and not only from the_content, i mean, if you write for example a new <h2> by adding a custom shortcode in the_content, this new one is not included in the TOC.

    If that is possible to implement, thanks in advance!
