In generally, you should always make a support post FIRST and then a review, otherwise you look like you’re trying to blackmail developers for support. I doubt that’s the case here, but I thought you should know, since many other developers get quite irate when you do it this way. I’m pretty resigned to it 🙂
The plugin is pretty upfront about where it has issue. It can, and does, back up full sites, but in situations where a site is over 750megs on a shared server, it can behave quite poorly. If you do happen to have a ‘large’ site (over 2G) then it absolutely cannot back up the files, as that’s a hard limit in PHP and currently outside my control.
How big is your wp-content folder, and what kind of server (shared, VPS, managed, dedi) are you on?
