Does this work only for admin/logged in user?

    Hi Matthew,

    I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.

    I have tested it on my test site and found the link added by this plugin in the admin bar works fine for both logged in & non logged in users and in the front end & in the admin area.

    Please advise if you have more questions.
