    Sorry for the delay in responding. I’m not a regular visitor of this forum, so posts may go unnoticed.

    LIPS cannot synchronize your LinkedIn profile with your buddypress account as is. You could write a plugin that hooks into the lips_profile_filter filter hook and synchronize the fields yourself.
