    does not add the extra charges on WP version 4.9.7; WC Version 3.4.3

    further what is difference or what should be entered in “Extra Charges” when using the three options..?
    — Total Add
    — Total % Add
    — Total Custom Fixed + Total Custom % Add

    It should be the amount that you need to add. Also, we are releasing an update tommorrow, which fix all the issues.
