Does not work

First of: Linking just a single word is not recommended; since it looks artifical to google; and will be penelized if used exessivly.

Secondly: the plugin does not work. Not only the || TITLE hack is not working (making it impossible to use titles in links). But more important: It replaces the first hit with the last replacement in the list, so if you have more than one replacement, all after the second are badly linked.
