    Whenever customers contact me, I tend to keep track of those via notes in Jetpack CRM under their respective contact profiles. This is for reference purposes. Whenever I add a note, does the customer get an email of this information? Or will they be able to see this information if they log in their WooCommerce account? Or are the notes 100% private and only visible to those with access to WP Admin?

    To be clear, I’m not asking for a feature or asking for changes. I just need to know what kind of visibility notes added to contact activity logs have.

    Hi @doncullen,

    Your customers don’t have access to the notes you leave on their CRM contact page.
    The only information they have access to are the ones you make them available via the Client Portal.

    The contacts’ info can be seen on their dedicated pages only by you and by any other user accounts that have the proper role to access such pages:

    In short: your clients don’t have access to the notes you leave in their CRM contact’s pages.
