Divide Posts Page into Categories

I want my blog posts page to show category names with posts beneath them. Like this:

Category 1
– Post 1-1
– Post 1-2
Category 2
– Post 2-1
– Post 2-2

Etc.

I have found a plugin that works for Woocommerce product categories and does exactly what I want to do with post categories: https://woocommerce.com/products/woocommerce-nested-category-layout/

But I don’t actually need nested categories.

Haven’t found anything that works similarly for regular posts.
