Discrepancy in Active Install Count for WordPress Plugin

    Hello Support Team,

    I’m the developer of a WordPress plugin currently listed in the WordPress Plugin Directory. According to our internal data and analytics, we have over 800 active users. However, the “Active Installations” count displayed in the WordPress plugin repository still shows “300+” and has not updated accordingly.

    Could you please clarify why there is a discrepancy between our actual active user count and what’s reflected publicly on the plugin page? Is there a delay or threshold system in place for how active installation numbers are displayed?

    Any insight or guidance on how this is calculated or when we might expect an update to the displayed count would be greatly appreciated.
