Disabling editor-level user notifications

    Hello. How can I disable editor-level user notifications? This notification type in particular is persistent and cannot be permanently dismissed: “You currently have 10094 images and thumbnails to optimize but you only have 94 images available in your current plan. You might need to upgrade your plan in order to have all your images optimized.”

    Please advise. Such notifications are of no use to editors on my websites, they are only useful for administrators. Thank you.
