Disable w3 total cache with import (or when using CLI)

    When using WP All Import its prefered cache is disabled, so not every page gets an update.

    But there doesnt seem to be an Filter/Hook documentation about this.

    Is there a filter to disable w3 total cache during an import? Or maybe when using CLI?
    After that, is there a way to flush everthing when its done?
