Disable for Admin / Specific Users

Is there a way to not implement this for admins?

There are all kinds of issues with admins / developers.

i.e. – when I print an invoice from the backend, all the the text from the pop up bar is now printed to the bottom of the invoice in text form.

also, when clearing cache while working on / updating the site, the bar keeps popping up, but if I am logged in as an admin, the token is always invalid and I cant accept again.
