• Hi,
About three months ago, I bought and installed the Directory Tools (I’m also using the Combo Multisearch). I think I’ve set everything alright as per your instructions, but I’d like to be sure, because I do not see an increase in visitors during this time.
I’ve checked on the Google Search Console, but I can’t see there if my individual participants are being indexed. By the way, my Sitemap has been set including them (with RankMath).
Can you, please, help me check if the Directory Tools are working fine, and it can be correctly indexed, and it’s searchable?
    Thanks in advance.

BTW: I tried to post this question on your Support page, and it’s absolutely impossible. Every time is marked as spam.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

Sorry about the site not accepting your post, I will need to adjust the settings.

There are two things to check with the site map, and maybe you’ve already done this, but first, you can open the site map in your web browser to check if it can be loaded and also check that your proxy posts (which represent Participants Database records) are listed in the sitemap.

In Google Search Console, follow the sitemaps link to see if everything is getting read on Google’s end. Click on the sitemap file in the list of sitemaps to show a listing of all the pages it has read in the site map. This will tell you for sure if they are indexed.

If it’s in the sitemap, it has been indexed…but whether the proxy posts will show up in a Google search result or not depends on a lot of things, many of which you can’t really control.

If you want the Participants Database records (via the Proxy Posts) to be findable on your site, the regular WP search should work, but if you want to improve site search, I’d suggest using the Relevanssi plugin.
