Different viewing but same CSS

Good day to all. I seem to be having a problem with my live website.

This is a screenshot of the problem.

The top one is the correct one (for me) but the bottom one seems to be breaking.

I compared the CSS of both in Notepad++ but there were nothing different except some colors.

I hope someone can help me with this. Thanks!

PS: I’m using the twentythirteen theme.
