Yes, that could be the problem. Please make sure about that by clearing (or purging) the cache and even temporarily disabling the cache plugin. If that fixed the problem, please share the results with me. We will find a permanent solution so that this problem never happens again.

its definitely a caching plugin , after I switched off the caching plugin it went away. Was using autopmize

Hello again.
Alright now we know that what is the root problem. Now we need to locate what option or feature is causing this.
Please enable the Autoptimize and check for optimizing option. What options are enabled? Can you confirm that disabling an option fixes the problem?
Please let me know so we can go on and find what exactly brings the issue. then find a way to fix it
