Desactivate private not worked

After desactivate the private site and desactivate the plugin, the redirection still on the login page.
I delete the plugin, reinstall it, activate the private page, desactivate it.
i cannot see the site if i’m not logged. Redirection to the login page.
Can you help me, please?
