Dependencies?

    I cannot use functions like get_field(), the_field(), have_rows() ad i always get an error

    Uncaught Error: Call to undefined function the_field() in template-file.php

    I’m using ACF on my localhost, so i don’t understand, why these functions are not working, do i need to do some further configuration?
