delivery?

I’m not sure if I need a plugin or if this is just a simple built-in feature that I’ve somehow missed, but I’m just trying to setup a delivery service and not sure how to go about it? All i really need essentially is for “shipping address” to change to “delivery address” in the checkout so as not to confuse our customers. Unfortunately I don’t know php or else I would do it myself. Any help would be much appreciated!
