“Delete cache” button in admin bar not display

Hi,
“Delete cache” button in admin bar hide and not display for custom role. I have custom role named “school_teachers” from this plugin:

4 day ago and before it display correct with “define(‘WPFC_TOOLBAR_FOR_AUTHOR’, true);”
But now it not display – with no changes on my website.
I try all from here:
https://www.wpfastestcache.com/features/clear-cache-link-at-the-toolbar/
but still some result – display only for admin.
Only “define(‘WPFC_HIDE_TOOLBAR’, true);” works – hide it for All.
I have latest version of Your plugin.
How resolve it and display button for custom role?
