Default search box background colour change

    I am not able to change search box background colour in home page.Anyone please help me.I am using storefront deli theme.

    It looks like you succeeded – can you tell me how?

    Edit: nvm I found this and put it in the additional CSS: 

    #woocommerce-product-search-field-0 {
display:inline-block;
width:100%;
color: #ffffff;
border: solid 1px #ffffff;
}
