default off for email_users_accept_notifications

    Hi, all my users got the following value “Off”
    email_users_accept_notifications
    email_users_accept_mass_emails

    How can I set the default value “On” for all the new users

    On the Dashboard under the Email Users section is a menu labeled “User Settings”. This menu allows you to perform global settings on all users.

    I set the following to “on” in page page=mailusers-options-page
    Receive post or page notification emails.
    Receive emails sent to multiple recipients.

    I wait new user to register and check the result.
