Not sure why it can’t find the url.

Hmm, have you been doing some list creation for your account, from within your WordPress dashboard? Looks like it’s failing to do some list management in general, with updating, fetching, and adding all failing in some way.

I think I may have tried to add a list in using the app, but they also tried to add in to a list that was already present when I connected our account. The form submits, says it has been submitted, but no contact actually gets added to the list on our constant contact account.

I also do receive the admin email saying a new person has signed up. But no contacts actually make it to our account.

Any suggestions?

Can you log in to the WordPress side of things and use the “Sync” button at the top of the lists page for our plugin? Would like to ensure that things are in sync there.

Also if you provide the URL where the form is displayed at, we can help test things afterwards.
