Datetime presentation

Hello. I’ve not found any other mention of this, so surely I’m missing something obvious.

I’m attempting to display, on front end, a Meta Value of a datetime custom field. I’ve selected

F j, Y g:i a

in the Return Format of the Field. But when I add an ACF Block, it loads as ACF Text and displays

Y-m-d H:i:s

Has anybody else run into this?
