    Hi

For some reason the dates are all showing up strange in the plugin:
    80 May 2025 3:48 pm

    230 May 2025 11:16 am

Instead of I think 23rd and 8th May. Any ideas why?

Just to follow up this may possibly due to the language being used in WordPress being set to en_GB? As I noticed on sites where language is set to en_US the dates load fine.

    Hi @mdeluk

    Thank you for the feedback!
To help us investigate further, could you please provide the following details:

    • Which version of JetBackup are you using?
    • What is set under JetBackup → Settings → General → Timezone?
    • What is set under WordPress → Settings → General → Date Format?
(If you’re using a custom format, please share the exact format string — for example: jS F Y)

    Thanks!

    Hi @mdeluk,

Thank you for sharing the details!

This issue was related to a bug in the date format specifically with how the 'jS' format was interpreted. We’ve fixed this in the latest version v3.1.9.2.

The update is already available under the Release Candidate tier (JetBackup → Settings → Updates → Update Tier → Release Candidate), and it will be pushed to the official WordPress release tier within the next 24–48 hours.

Please let us know if the issue is resolved after updating!

    Thanks again,
    Eli

New date issue wasn’t sure if to post in here or a new thread.

Dates are worse now on one site now in the created column just see:

    {{ lang.d(backup.created) }}

    Hi @mdeluk,

This looks like a local browser cache issue. We recently made some changes to the JS code that affects that part of the GUI. A simple Ctrl+F5 to hard refresh your browser should do the trick, or you can try opening the page in incognito mode.

    Thanks!

    Hi @mdeluk,

The only explanation I can think of is some sort of caching, either on the client side or possibly server-side (such as Varnish or a CDN).

I’d be more than happy to take a closer look and personally investigate this for you.

You can generate a temporary support user from within any JetBackup page by clicking the “Support” icon at the top-right corner, then selecting “Generate Support User.”

After that, please open a support ticket here:
    https://billing.jetbackup.com/submitticket.php?step=2&deptid=1
(Choose “JetBackup for WordPress” from the top-left menu and include the support user login.)

    Please note:

    • The support user will be deleted automatically within 30 days.
    • All login details you provide are encrypted and securely stored and will be automatically removed once the ticket is closed.

Looking forward to helping you resolve this!
