If I get this right, this is a setting that you change in the general settings of your site by heading to Dashboard > Settings > General > Date Format.
You may also want to switch the language to British UK if that helps; you can do the same with Jetpack CRM.

Hi both of those settings are on english uk and date format is set to 19 August 2023 but on the quote it comes out as 2023-08-19
The date format of uk works on invoices but not on quotes. Is there a bug?
