Hello @donmcleman, try changing language in your 3CX PBX installation, in Settings => Language & Office Hours Settings, select “English UK”
This should apply all locales for the selected language.
Hi, I’m just using the chat function of the plugin without a PBX for calls. I’ve gone through all the admin section to make sure that everything was already set to the UK timezone and English UK. This seems to be a tiny detail that has slipped through?
Try login to 3CX Admin Console (where you can configure chat style and appearance), click on the account icon on top right, select “Settings” from dropdown menu and ensure that language is “English UK”.
If you created multiple users, do the same for every user.
Can you check the language of your browser? This might affect JS datetime formatting as well. Be sure it’s configured to English (UK).
Hi, thanks again for the quick reply. Those were set up correctly. I’ll just check how it looks in Chrome as maybe this is just a Firefox quirk.
No, Chrome is the same. Am I the only one to have brought this up, maybe other users are the same?
