    Hi,
I’ve worked with my client to refactor her website. I’ve replaced the old one by the new version. I’m at the stage where I need to import the missing reviews and I have several questions :

    1. First on the cusrev badge the number of reviews are not the same on the old version and the new.
on the old one > 1563 reviews
on the new one > 1468.
    2. When using the export and import feature from your plugin, will it overwrite existing reviews ? Will the newly imported reviews will be considered “verified” if they were exported from the old website and already verified ?

To make the issue more clear. When starting the refactoring projet, I duplicated the existing website to work on it. While working on this new version, some orders and reviews were placed. I need to import back these elements to the new website after migration.
The order part was fine, I just had to change the order id to make sure they were not conflicting with new existing post ids.

    Thank you for your help
    Regards.

    Hi,

    Thanks for using CusRev.

    1. Can you please share the site URLs where I can see the issue? Also, please share 2 screenshots of the page Reviews > Reviews in admin area of the current site and duplicate site.

    2. If the import review has the identical content as the existing review, it will be skipped. The new imported reviews won’t be marked as “verified”, only reviews collected via the aggregated review form will be marked as “verified”.

    Hi,

    1. Here are the URls :
    – old.bloque-volet.com

    2. Well that is the same because the original reviews were collected with your aggregated review form. I just want to migrate them to my new setup. Your import/export system should be able to verify if a review exists on your end too.

    Regards

    Hi,

    Thanks for your additional information.

I think there is some data (reviews) that were missed when migrating the old site to the new site. You can try to use our tool to export and import reviews between the sites to see if it helps.
How to Import and Export WooCommerce Reviews

Currently, the export/import tool of our plugin doesn’t support verified metadata. I will inform the development team to consider supporting this feature in future updates.
