Dashboard Setting not working

    Despite having “on the Dashboard” setting UNCHECKED, the Simple History plugin is still “taking over” the dashboard and not displaying any other items on the Dashboard. I just want to use it “as a page under the Dashboard menu.” The other relevant plugin I have installed “Admin Menu Editor Pro.” Please advise. Love the plugin and hope we can resolve this! Thanks.

    I just tested this on my local WordPress installation and the checkbox worked fine. Unchecking it and saving the settings and then visiting the dashboard = no Simple History box.

    I also installed Admin Menu Editor (not the pro version however) and still no sign of Simple History on the dashboard.

    Not sure what could cause it to still show even after unchecking that setting. You have not added any custom code in your functions.php-file or similar?
