Customizer Error

Before I start, let me give you some details.
I’m using WP 4.9.8 with Woo 3.5.1. No additional plugins except for your compatibility plugin for making the slides. Otherwise, a clean installation.

Customizer error =>
“Looks like something’s gone wrong. Wait a couple seconds, and then try again.”
How do I fix this?

It happens when trying to add the “Sticky menu” and when doing so, it adds a second logo to the top.
