we have payment gateway in my country adn want to integrate my website with them, is it possible to provde customized gatway with them?

anyway, is it possible to charge the wallet by the credit card.

i.e. for subscriptions, thinking to charge the wallet first then subscription payment deducted from the wallet, is that possible?
