Customize Screen Doesn’t Work

    Hi,

    I am testing out the upgrade in a development site (going from 4.1.13 to 4.6.1). I run a multi-site environment and am soliciting the help of two users to help test out the new install to make sure everything runs alright. One user said that everything worked just fine while the other, had issues with the customization screen.

    The live site (running 4.1.13) allows them to use the customize screen without a problem. However, with the upgrade, the customize feature is broken in that the white editing boxes show on the left side while the right side of the screen where the site is supposed to appear is blank.

    I tried different themes and deactivating plugins. It seems like it is just this account in particular that is messing up because the other user didn’t have problems and neither does my super-admin account.

    Thoughts?

    I found the error. I had to change some things in my database in order to set up the development site appropriately. However, I missed a cell that I was supposed to change in that site’s particular table. I changed it and now it works!
