Customize Application Form

Hi,

I really like this plugin. This works well for me. But, there are a few fields that I need to know from an applicant, so my question is can I add extra fields to the application form? How can I achieve this?

I would also like to add a field for attaching resume and cover letter.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
