Custom shortcode using functions.php

    Hi guy,
    I have query in better notification plugin is that when i try to make custom shortcode in my functions.php file it give error when i proceed to notification like i have set user role change time email send to user and when i change it, I get error of somthing went wrong. And i also using free version of it.

    Hi @hirenpadhiyar,
    Ah, you’ll need to check your PHP logs to see what the critical error is. Without this information, I can’t help diagnose the issue with you to ascertain whether it is BNFW or something else.

    Please post just the excerpt of the log with the critical error here when you have it.
