Hello. How I can display related posts in the custom place instead in the body of the post?
I would like to display it on the top of the comment section as Disqus do.

@thegp absolutely, you can place YARPP anywhere on the page – including sidebar, etc.
In addition to “Automatic Placement“, which places YARPP at the bottom of posts, you also use the following for custom placement:
If you’d like to customize the order of Automatic Placement below posts, you can play with the priority:
add_filter( 'yarpp_content_priority', 1 );
