    I would like to know if there is anyway to add a custom field into the form, and also a way to change the “Support us. Sign the petition.” title?

    Hi @esawisky,

    Civist does not provide ways to add custom fields, and the form’s title is static.

    We will be adding two new fields soon, but we have no plans to add custom fields to Civist.

    Please contact our support team directly from your Civist Dashboard and tell us which fields you need. Please bring up the form’s title too.

    Thank you for getting back to me so quickly. How do I contact the support team directly from the Civist dashboard. I don’t see a way.

    @esawisky no problem. You should see a “Civist Support” button in the lower right corner of the Civist Dashboard inside your WordPress. Clicking it will open the support contact form.
