Custom buttons not working

    I found a nice image to use as a custom button to avoid redirects. I put the image into my Media and used that URL but all that shows up is a blank place holder for the picture.

    Hi, I checked the image above but could not workout what part of the image I am suppose to check. Could you let me know please.

    What shortcode did you use? Can you share a screen capture showing the media URL added to the settings?
