CSV Importing Issue

Hello-

I am trying import links from Clink. I exported the links and used your Import Template to create a new CSV file with the appropriate columns in place. I created all of the categories needed and made all the names and slugs matched but I started having issues.

Mainly the system is saying it is importing everything but most of the records are missing. I tried deleting the records the plugin did import but that messed up things more (name field started showing blank and date field started showing year as the day and the day as the year.) I shortened up my import to few records and the system would read 62 rows found, 62 links imported, 0 links updated but looking at All Links, only 27 links showed.

Turning on WP Debug all I get is

“Function _load_textdomain_just_in_time was called incorrectly. Translation loading for the favorites domain was triggered too early.
